Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse: The effect of education and training on the managerial performance of the Samarinda city transportation office. The effect of teamwork on the managerial performance of the Samarinda city transportation office. The effect of
continuous improvement on the managerial performance of the Samarinda city transportation office. The influence of involvement and empowerment on the managerial performance of the Samarinda city transportation office. The influence of education and training, teamwork, continuous improvement, involvement, and empowerment together on the managerial performance of the Samarinda city transportation office. This research was conducted only on
employees of the Samarinda City Department of Transportation. The sample was taken from as many as 81 respondents by the proportional random method. Data collection techniques use field research and literature research. Data collection involved the distribution of questionnaires with Likert scales to measure each indicator. The analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that education and training variabels have a significant effect on the managerial performance of the Samarinda City Transportation Office. Variabel Teamwork has no significant effect on the managerial performance of the Samarinda City Transportation Office. The variabel of continuous improvement has an insignificant effect on the managerial performance of the Samarinda City Transportation Office. Involvement and empowerment
variabels have a significant effect on the managerial performance of the Samarinda City Transportation Office. 5) Variabels such as education and training, teamwork, continuous improvement, and involvement and empowerment together have a significant effect on the managerial performance of the Samarinda City Transportation Office.
