Analisis Kepemimpinan Transformasioal Dan Budaya Organisasi Pada Kinerja Karyawan Di Pt. Cerebrum Edukanesia Nusantara
Abstract
This study aims to understand the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on improving the performance of Generation Z employees at PT. Cerebrum Edukanesia Nusantara. The main focus is on how inspiring leaders and a supportive work environment can motivate the younger generation to work more productively and optimally. A qualitative approach is used to explore in-depth perspectives from employees, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, systematic observation, and document analysis. Four informants were selected from the HRD, IT, Product, and Sales divisions to provide diverse perspectives. The results of the study show that the combination of transformational leadership and positive organizational culture greatly influences employee morale and performance. Leadership that encourages innovation, provides support, and builds good interpersonal relationships has been shown to increase work motivation. Meanwhile, an open, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture creates a conducive work environment for individual and team growth. These findings confirm that the success of an organization in facing the challenges of the digital era is greatly influenced by the ability of management to implement an adaptive leadership style and build a healthy culture.
