Abstract

CV Sugih Maju Berkah not yet have a clear system in achieving important information every day, therefore the leader gave a suggestion to do a morning briefing. Therefore, the leader gave a suggestion to do a morning briefing with a predetermined format. with a predetermined format, as a result for approximately three months since the morning briefing was held, it can be seen that the target set was able to be achieved. able to be achieved This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research method used to research the natural conditions of objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques use triangulation or combined methods. Data are collected by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis process through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, the focus of the study includes briefing activities and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of morning briefing activities.
