Therefore, the collaborative relationship between SMK and the industrial world is a strategic element in supporting the improvement of productive teachers' performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and implementation of the industrial collaboration established by SMK Putra Nasional Cibodas, as well as to evaluate its impact on the improvement of TJKT productive teachers' performance. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomena occurring in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the current form of cooperation is still limited to the implementation of Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) for students. There are no specific programs or policies that directly target the development of productive teachers' competencies, such as teacher internships in industry, industry-based technical training, or industry involvement in curriculum design. This condition poses a challenge in creating a complete synergy between schools and industry. A more systematic partnership strengthening strategy is needed, actively involving teachers and positioning collaboration as a means to enhance professional competencies. Thus, the relationship between vocational schools and industry can serve as a driving force in realizing adaptive and highly competitive vocational education. ER -
