Abstract

Tujuan_ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya
organisasi dan equal employment opportunity terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Desain/Metode_ Metodel penelitian menggunakan metodel kuantitatif,
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 123 orang,dintentukan berdasarkan rumus
slovin, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified
random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan
kuesioner dengan analisis menggunakan regrelsi linear berganda.
Temuan_ Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif
dan signifikan secara simultan antara budaya organisasi dan equal
employment opportunity terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara equal employment opportunity terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Implikasi_ Penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pemerintah daerah
dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya.
Originalitas_ penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai pemerintah, menggunakan pendekatan equal employment opportunity dalam memprediksi kinerja pegawai.
